Here's another starter home for your sims. Again, it's a true starter; under 16,500, so your sim(s) can move in right away, without needing to sell anything! It's not fully furnished, because I spent a little more on making the outside look nice, with a tree and little flowerbed. That being said, your sim can certainly move in and start living straight away - there's even a TV to keep that fun bar in the green!


The layout is simple, and very easy to play. As you enter the house, you enter straight into the living area. The kitchen/dining area is at the other side of the room, so you've got some open plan living going on! Down the hallway, you first come to the main, full-sized bathroom. Next to that is a double bedroom, so this house can easily sleep 2 sims.
