This Victorian home once stood as a lovely tranquil home for some very lucky Sims, but due to lack of interest in restoring this beauty, she has been left alone to decay slowly. There are holes, cracks and cobwebs galore, but I am sure with a little elbow grease this can once again be the grand lady she once was. Someone did try to renovate the home in the 70s, but some silly rumors of it being haunted, things breaking easily and some minor quakes scared the new owners off before the renovation could be completed. *sigh* This home could be yours for the steal price of 47,298.
