Welcome to Mullberry Road 1214.

I found this floorplan on the web and thought it was a really cute house.
I tried to follow the floorplan as much as I could though I did take some artistic liberties and made some changes. I wanted to try to keep the costs down a bit and I only used the base game with this build.

It comes with a smaller lot but you still have a small outside are where you can place your bbq and outdoor furnishings.

Inside you will find an open plan living/kitchen/dining area with two smaller bedrooms and a guest bathroom to your right, and to your left you have the master suite with a walk-in closet aswell as a large laundry room. I had plans to include the laundry items from that pack but then you would need the pack so insted I just included minimal stuff rom the base game so you can download your own washer/dryer that don´t require the packs in case you don´t have it.

The interior is light and it´s just a welcoming home.

No packs have been used, just the base game.
