So I have been uploading my artwork to this site for a while and I wanted to include a Self Portrait I drew on my IPad Pro to include in my collection of downloads.



A little about myself:

My name is Claire V. Gray. I have been practicing art for a long time, I started out using traditional mediums and doing commissioned Portraits after graduating high school, while attending college. Back in 2000 I bought The Sims and The Sims Livin' Large with the intention to learn to make my own textures for the game. I kept up with all the sims games and customized them myself but mostly kept my work for personal use. It was when I got my trusty IPad Pro the process became easier and I started to want to share what I was making for the sims 4.

I tend to try out and experiment with many kinds of art and usually teach myself to use new tools.

The portrait I made for download is a blend of fantasy and reality which I feel the sims 4 is very much about. It's an ideal game where you can create yourself within the game and live out your dreams. I wanted this portrait to reflect that aspect so i deliberately exaggerated it's Hollywood aspects. My self sim is currently a global super star so I really wanted this sort of painting to decorate her castle walls with.



You can find this painting in the buy mode section in the decorations tab. It is under paintings and posters. It is titled Claire's Self Portrait and sells for $1455
