The pool hall is rumored to be a favorite Old Town hang-out of legendary jazz-musicians. The upstairs caf? offers a beautiful view of the lake.

This is another Sims 1 to Sims 4 convertion. This one was actually built by a creator named EnriqueBell (he has an account here, but its not active), and I thought that it was a waste of time and appreciation over other peoples creations for me to try and recreate everything for myself. So, what I did here was to update this build adding new objects to match the original ones (to bad we still don't have pool tables in SIms 4, but I included the ping pong one from DU), I added a foundation, changed some of the exterior flooring, changed the columns and some of the fencing. I also added the little lake in the back of the lot (which didn't have any lake before). I also added a couple of pet objects and the cat/dog friendly traits. I also added the DU bathroom stalls (which forced me to increase the size of the lot by 1 to be able to fit them in the bathroom). And, of course, i checked if it looked like the original version, if everything was in the right place, and I have to say that EnriqueBell did a great job.
Sortyero29 and Victor_tor also agreed to join my project since they have some sims 1 lots and households. I don't think I'll reupload all of their creations or EnriqueBell's creations, only the ones that I spent some time upgrading/fixing/changing something. This one I had to spent a long time building the pool and upgrading the build to add new stuff from recent packs, so I had to share here. I hope you like this one, I had fun upgrading it. The little lake is swimmable, and I also placed some fish spawners for fishing.
