This dilapidated, defunct boarding house is ready for some loving care and a good tile cleaner.

Remember to activate the move objects cheats before placing the lot on your game to make sure everything is kept where it should be.
I was feeling a little bit nostalgic towards Sims 1, then I decided that I would rebuild houses from Sims 1. Since Realm of Magic is about to be released, I decided to rebuild one of Magic Town's houses that you could buy with Magic Coins as precisely as I could. In the Alfred's B&B i just changed the color scheme to fit in Glimmerbrook, added an extra floor and made the roof more interesting. This one looks kidna boring and dumb, TBH, but you can renovate it, since its been abandoned. You can renovate any of my recreations from Sims 1/2/3, just remember to tag me so that I can see. Also, if you use any of my screenshots as reference, be respectful and remember to credit me for taking my time to screenshot them.
