Are your Sims addicted to alcohol and drugs? Then Oasis Palm Facility is the right place to start the hard rehabilitation process.
Thanks to a highly qualified staff and a warm environment, your sim will begin their journey towards guarigine and find inner peace.

On the ground floor, the structure includes: kitchen; Lunchroom; bathroom; lounge where group sessions are held; recreation area; study for private sessions with the doctor.
Outside it includes: garden for long walks and for reading; swimming pool, BBQ area; spa and gym. From the courtyard you can access the terrace with Jacuzzi and the luxury room.
The first floor includes: doctor's bedroom (with private bathroom) and the other 3 bedrooms for patients.

The lot is designed to be placed in the Oasi Springs neighborhood, instead of the city park, but you can enter it wherever you prefer!

It is important to activate the bb.moveobjects code before placing the lot, to be sure that everything remains in its place.
The lot has been personally tested by me in the game.
