Three mobile homes are built identically, but furnished and decorated in unique fashion. All homes have two full bathrooms, an open living/dining/kitchen area, and three rooms to use as bedrooms or flex rooms. Great for an extended family, or take on roommates to help pay the bills.

#1 is for a family with rooms for a toddler and a child, and a larger bedroom for the parents.
#2 is designed for a single Sim or a couple. There is a study and aquarium room for these fish obsessed Sims.
#3 is set up for a family, or perhaps two couples, with two master bedrooms and a study in addition to the common living areas.

This mobile home park is placed in Newcrest on a 50x40 lot.
