This house, located in the Brindleton Bay neighborhood, is designed for a single sims or a couple with no children.
Suitable for sim who likes to live in solitude and in close contact with nature.
The house is built with simple materials: stone and wood, to harmonize with the environment.
Each room in the house has a view of the forest that surrounds the house.
On the ground floor there is the open space and double height living room, the kitchen and a small dining room. The master room with walk-in closet and private bathroom. Outside there is a covered patio that directly overlooks the forest. There is also a service bathroom, a small study, the laundry room and the garage. On the upper floor there is a room for recreational activities and a large window from which you can admire the panorama.
