Welcome to Robindale Suites Ft Lauderdale.

This is the lot that I based my "Robindale Apartments" at although this is a lot bigger and does NOT require For Rent to work

This suite motel has a wonderful patio area with BBQ and a beautiful pool.
The garden is lush and full of palm trees to give you shade during those hot summer days. Our 14 modern suites comes fully equipped with flat screen tv, kitchenette, bath, dining and seating area. Two of the suites are made for larger families and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

I usually play this as a residential lot and move 8 sims in with designated suites but It can be played as a dorm and It does work with For Rent although it does NOT require it to work
Since you can only have six apartments in for rent I have redesigned the leftover apartments as gym/movieroom and such but you can ofcourse use cheats to use all of them as apartments

The lot only uses one piece of CC made by JPNL88 and you can find the link on the download page Note that it’s the TOP file you need. The one updated in 2018

I really hope you like it. My late father and I used to go to this motel every spring while he was alive but it seems to have closed its business now I am sad to say.
