As it says on the tin, I made a tuning mod for the Space Saving Desk from City Living, adding bookshelf functions to it, as it has books on its top shelf. I got the idea from Tiny Living combining several things into one item and wanted to make a combo desk/bookshelf that would be affordable.

One file is a stand-alone item called "Space Saving Desk and Bookshelf" and can be found in the Surfaces/Desks and Storage/Bookshelves categories, as well as the 'Items By Room' Study category under Desks or Bookshelves. It is the same price as the original Space Saver Desk at $300 and has all the original swatches.

The other file is an override to the in-game item. Please only use one.
