Important: This is not a stand alone recolor. All the recolors can be found within the roof named "weathered wood shingles" in build mode. It does NOT remove or replace the base game swatches, but adds to them.
Hello everyone,
This is a recolor of the base game roof "weathered wood shingles". I typically use this roof in my own builds...however the base game colors are so bland (in my opinion). I searched and searched for custom roofs that would suit my needs. Anyway no luck, so here is what I would like to call the "Roof of Life". There are 34 swatches, including a variety of both warm and cool colors. Three are classified as pastel, including baby blue, lavendar, and light pink. I made this palette with versatility in mind, meaning they are useful for a variety of builds. In addition to being a recolor of the weathered wood shingles, I hated the "weathered" look with cracks all over the shingles, so I removed them. As you can see in the close up pictures, they are smooth. No more cracks
In the pictures, I have included some side-by-side comparison of my swatches vs. the EA swatches. My swatches have increased contrast and intensity of color.
TOU: I don't care if you reupload them anywhere, but it would be nice if you could credit me.
