I was trying out the new feature in SIms4studio that allows for roof re-texture or recolor and this is my end result. Hope you find it interesting. This is a roof texture in the form of fish scale and it comes in 10 recolours

See other attached images for the rest, This costs §0 Simoleons to use and available under roof patters in the build mode
