Designed to resemble 213 E Union St, seen on matterport which is a Victorian house. I have made it as close as possible to the original layout using semiaccurate measurements, and added additional bathrooms, bedrooms and a hidden reading room.
I have been playing sims 4 for years but still struggle with construction, this is also my first ever mod

laundry room is mostly composed of laundry day stuff pack
kitchen and walls are composed of vampires expansion
