Looking for privacy? Need a small home to concentrate on painting with no interruptions of cars or neighbors or just the sounds of town life? Then we got the place just for you. This home is tucked away in the woods of Moonlight Falls. The only way to get to this home is by a dirt path through the woods next to the river. The only sounds you are going to hear here is the birds singing, wild animals, and the rushing waters of the waterfall. The river and waterfall are so close you can relax and enjoy listening and watching it out on your front deck. This home is not on a foundation. It is up off the ground held up by wooden beams. This is a small home, no more than 2 sims. One loft bedroom that looks over the living room. There are no stairs on this lot, accessed by ladders to the house and into the bedroom. The home has a balcony all the way around the home for a full area view!

When I created this lot I was looking thinking of those cabins you find out in the wooded mountains next to rivers. Nothing near by and all around you is nature. So I looked in this world and found a perfect spot! The town has a path already next to the river with several trees to start with. I went into town editor and added more trees to the surrounding area to create more thick wooden area. I then put the 15x10 lot as close to the end of the path as I could. There is really only one place that will accept it, the rest are really far away from the path or unroutable. Here is a picture of the location and where I put this lot:


This lot only uses one plant from showtime so if you don't have the expansion pack you won't lose much. If you don't have any of the other expansion packs it is ok, the lot will still work, the game will just replace it with items you have in your game.

I used a small lot to build this house on, however, you are able to add it to a larger lot if you would like, it may not get as close to the path as I did but it will still be workable. Your sims walk or run down the path to the lot. This path is not included in the lot. This is a path already added by EA to the town.


This lot is a flat lot so it can be placed any where or any town of your choosing.
