Computer Chat to Gain Conflict Resolution

Hi everyone. Hopefully we stay safe and healthy during this difficult time. Here's a mod that helps myself immensely to gain conflict resolution.

I've merged aldavor's mod with this mod therefore ... there you have it. Please choose only one file and remove any other existing Computer Chat to Gain Conflict Resolution mod or Aldavor's Faster Computer Chat Social Gain. They will conflict with one another.

Mod Description
Normally conflict resolution is gained through "fix bad relationship" interaction. However, it's not that often that one can find sim with relationship conflict. This mod allow sim to gain conflict resolution from computer chat. It will increase conflict resolution throughout a chat session at the same rate of gaining emotional control through jogging.

What I did was I copied the code that responds to emotional control gain from "jog off feeling" or something XML to these XMLs, with a few changes to enable gaining conflict resolution instead

Game Requirements
Base game with patch at least 1.63.134.1020.
