I'm almost finish with my hood so I'm uploading my finished lots... well... to be honest, most of them, there's like almost 25 lots to upload!
so here you have a capital city hall to enjoy contest and learning skills.


Description:

This building was finished not much time ago, at least the dome decorations.
Not only politics and urban planners come here, also the cuisine club and readers club come here to cook and enjoy the Public Library.

This lot has been adjusted with extra roads, needs to be placed next to rigth and left roads


I wanted to make it colossal scifi-fantasy building kinda monumental, with a nice iron decorations in the fronton of the roofs.





It is full of contest stuff, you can make cooking and games contest, I'll upload next a disco lot for dancing contest. also add a drawing table, a full library to learn skills, a politic podium and a camera.
