A three apartments building designed as a house for 3 friends, very cheap apartments...
you ever wanted to have close roommates/relatives living in daily with you, but you hate to keep an eye on them or having as rommate(in the way that game intended).

Well now you can sleep in your room and everything else will be common (except the hot tub, you can change it if you want, but it got me unnerved so decided to leave for only a room)
I decided this as a solution for my 3 young sims who just moved out from college and don't want to buy a house but live still similar to the fun of living in a family home but all cheap and easy to play. they are 3 sisters whose hobby is games

Tecno home made for knowledge and romantic sims
  • 3 rooms
  • A full bathroom (1 tub and 1shower)
  • A toilet bathroom
  • A Terrace for barbacues
  • A private terrace with hot tub for romantic sims


Things you'll see:
  • sims using the kitchen
  • sims seating and dinning on the table (do not put any sofa or chair in your room or else, they will go upstairs to eat)
  • sims will play games togheter in the living room
  • sims will play and smooch on the sofa
  • sims will use the bathroom
