Welcome to lot number 13 here at Atomic Acres - The Cocoa Beach! This wonderful pink and white colored abode is sure to make you smile as you stroll with your loved ones down the enclosed walking port around the outer facade! Built new in 1958, the home makes reference to the warm palm tree paradise of Cocoa Beach, Florida. Housing a total of 5 bedrooms for your family and 4 full bathrooms! You'll never have to wait in line in the morning before work as your children take up the toilets! Gentlemen, don't be fooled by the light-hearted exterior of this home, this spacious lot is every modern man's dream to own!

Well hello there! I bring another creation from my world. This is a large Mid-Century Modern home ready for a family to fill up its 5 bedrooms. It comes with a pool area on the patio, a nice walking port to enjoy the outdoors without having to leave the lot, and a full kitchen and dining room. This lot is cat friendly (of course) and the litterbox and food dish are placed in the laundry room for convenience. There are 4 bathrooms, but anyone of these can easily be converted into a small office space or even a nursery for youngling Sims. You can change the home around however you please to fit your needs. You can download my home without the custom content, but much of the objects and walls will not be there and you'll have to refurnish the home yourself. I did utilize a lot of the Bowling Night stuff and the Tiny Living stuff for this build, to keep the theme I wanted. There are solar panels for lower house bills and a viewing fountain in the walking port for additional beauty. I used smaller palm trees for the front and side lawns to help show off the home's charm and design. Vaulted windows help natural light into the home during the day. The house was built on the irregular shaped lot in Newcrest as you can see from my Atomic Acres map view. I hope you all enjoy it!
