Welcome to Flamingo Heights! An Atomic and Space Aged themed desert oasis neighborhood for your Sims to enjoy their lives! Featured here is lot number 1 - The Pebblestone


The Pebblestone is a small Mid-Century Modern home designed as a starter entry for the Flamingo Heights neghborhood. It features one bedroom and one bathroom, complete with a full eat-in kitchen area and a decent sized livingroom space. There is a secondary lounging area adjacent to the bedroom with a fireplace ideal for reading, but this can be easily converted into another bedroom if you wish - however you will need to keep in mind of the see-through divider walls that complete the design of the home's theme. This home is designed for the single Sim in mind. It also features a lovely rock garden patio theme complete with an in-ground pool. An ideal investment for the desert living lifestyle. The home overlooks the creek that runs through the neighboorhood that looks picturesque at all times of the year. I've included an in-game map picture for the home's placement, but you can truly place it in any town that you desire. You may download the home without the minimal custom content, but the objects won't appear with the house.

NOTE: This home was built before the Snowy Escape expansion pack and I have not included in items from that pack!
