Here we have a cozy one-bed cottage, with a modern kitchen, a spacious bathroom, and a charming outdoor seating area. It's an older building that's been recently refurbished and updated with pretty purple cladding.

I envisioned it being for a single Sim or a young entrepeneurial couple who have already got a little bit of money under their belts. It's fully furnished and not overly expensive.
