The Leland is a nice rustic country cottage with 2 bedrooms (one being en-suite) and a garage with some extra space. It's based on a floor plan that I fell in love with, slightly edited to make it feasible for this game ? I've got a soft spot for these kind of countryside houses. A copy of the house has been playtested, and all items and furniture are accessible and work fine.

The lot is fully furnished, with some skill-building items. I envisioned this as being for an empty nester couple, with a spare room for when the kiddie comes to stay over. Enjoy!
