I like to see the Sims climbing ramps and thinking about this I created this house.
Similar to a small palace with large spaces, this house is ideal for moving a family.

the cost of this lot is a bit wealthy but it is worth living and playing on it.

When you install it, there is still part of the lighting to be placed, not out of laziness, I like to leave something to the player's taste.
some objects were snapped to the grid with the snapobjetstogrid trick, to keep in mind if you want to change or move an object.
a basketball court has been included on the outside of the site.
For reasons of appearance and decoration, two water fountains were placed, but if you wish, you can place a parking space on either of the two sides.
