Kevin's houses with balconies - Base game lots

These are two houses of classic style and architecture with two balconies on the second floor.
both houses were designed and built in the base game format.
These plots are the same in terms of plant distribution, the differences between them are elements of the color of the wallpapers, furnishings and the height of the foundations.

 

On the first floor is the main room with its bathroom, living room, a large kitchen and the family dining room.
On the second floor is the children's room and two balconies, one has direct access from the room and the other has independent access, it is spacious and has a chess table, target shooting table and a telescope.
The houses have access to the backyard and there is a swing and rest chairs.

The house titled '' Kevin's Brown house '' had its foundation modified with the Mootilda's TS2GridAdjuster.
and the 2x2 batch size for the base game with the tool Mootilda's Lot Adjuster

Thanks to CatherineTCJD Tutorial. it was possible to create this lot.

The external part is adorned with plants and a pond.
The roof of the house is made up of several roofs so it is not possible to vary the angle of the roof except for those that cover the children's room on the second floor.

These lots were created in the base game and it is recommended to install them with SimsPack Clean Installer.
