Fits the 19 Culpepper House - Spice Market - San Myshuno. Balcony not included.
Known issue : for some reason the curtains in the two kids bedrooms vanish when placing the room. I don't know why, and I did not find a way to make them stay... sorry. Otherwise everything works fine.
Don't forget to enter the bb.moveobjects cheat before placing the lot, and to add the missing walls back in.
