Rodney Application Home - No CC!

Inspired by the application foundation provided in a recent contest , I decided to make a small series of homes all under 25k with the same guidelines as the contest.



I attempted to strike a balance between usable indoor and outdoor space with the Rodney home. Being a couple that likes to par-tay, Summer would be their season of choice! They have a pool with slide, reclining patio chair for those post-BBQ naps, and seating outside for them plus two. A box of sparklers and juice barrel are guaranteed to make things that much more fun for the attendees! When the night comes around, there is plenty of light to keep the party going or to move inside and dance a bit. Ample kitchen space and multiple entry and exit ways help keep everyone moving with no traffic jams. May all your parties be Roof Raisers!

This home has:

• 1 bedroom/1 bathroom.
• All the requirements under the spoiler tag - pool, BBQ, BBQ eating area and three objects from the party tab (balloon arch, juice barrel, party sparklers). Also included: dancing space with a radio indoors, and the required Little House Lantern.
• Fire alarm, burglar alarm and phone.
• Simple, but pretty landscaping.

No CC was used, but all EPs/SPs are installed.
