Golden Valley Homes - made for my best friend's custom neighborhood, also made for specific family sizes/ages so they can afford them as a family straight out of CAS, so home prices will vary. I didn't name it, she did, as I'm not bold enough for that. She seems to like them and thought I should share, so here they are... I honestly consider them "family starters".

3 Golden Valley: built for two adult Sims and triplet children. Nothing special requested. Under 31k so they can afford it as a family straight out of CAS.
2 adults (25k) + 3 children at 2k each (6k) = 31k to spend. Wanted to explain a bit more plainly.

Tree in the front yard is removed in the house cross shot below to show the home.






This home has:
  • 4 bedrooms (all rooms are exactly the same size).
  • 2 baths (one with a shower and one with a bathtub).
  • Fire alarm, burglar alarm, and phone.
  • TV and bookcase in living room and toy box for each child in their own rooms.
  • Minimal landscaping to keep the cost inside rather than outside!

If you remove the tree in the front yard, you can fit a driveway piece there.
No CC was used, but all EPs/SPs are installed.
