I shared this privately for Simblreen on Tumblr, but many here may not go there, so I wanted to share it with you guys too.
Steamed or boiled? No, not food, you! The Boiling Bath Sauna & Spa promises to bring the heat, whether you desire a soothing soak in a submerged hot tub or to sweat it out in a sauna room. Live performances from a fire dancer are also on the premises, as well as an area to barbeque, fire pit to roast marshmallows and a barista to serve up hot beverages. Being cool is so overrated, wouldn't you rather be HOT? (Can't take the heat? We have vending machines outside for a quick cooldown.)
Don't forget to thank the hard working dragons for keeping things toasty!
This lot has:
- Two hot tubs and sauna room
- Unisex bathroom area
- Campfire, grill area with seating and sink
- Snack/vending area with seating
- Coffee barista with seating
- Fire dancer to either watch or learn from (draws a crowd, but doesn't typically cause a traffic jam)
No CC - All EPs and SPs installed.
(A clone of this lot was playtested with no issues as a community lot, not as an owned business. The dresser isn't usable, only for decoration.)
