Family Home - Introverts - No CC!

I primarily made this home for a family that works from home, and has one child. I wanted to explain the, ummm, "unique" layout of the home, since there is no "common" bathroom for guests. This family doesn't entertain guests nor do they like to watch TV. They do, however, love chess, reading, painting, video games and dancing... so they always have plenty to do at home for fun.



The house comes with two computers in a dedicated computer room so the parents have a quiet space to write novels, blog, etc. There is a door to a bathroom off of the computer room for convenience. This bathroom also connects to their bedroom for easy access as well. (The second bedroom has its own attached bathroom as well.)



The bedrooms are furnished a bit sparsely, except for the easel in the second bedroom and some decor items. The rooms have a small windowed area off of them with sunflowers, as I originally intended nature to provide as their "window shades", but decided against that.




I hope you can find a unique family to fill this home with! Would also be great for roommates or a parent-in-law situation. To summarize:
This home has:

• 2 bedrooms.
• 2 baths (one off of each bedroom).
• Fire alarm, burglar alarm, and phone.
• Living room with radio, chess, and bookcase.
• Computer room with two PCs, desks, chairs and appropriate deco.
• Minimal landscaping and sunflower ledge off of each bedroom.

No CC was used, but all EPs/SPs are installed.
