The CC included is optional, meaning you don?t have to have it for this lot to function properly. Should you want to keep this house clean of custom content, simply uncheck the CC files with the Clean Installer.

You must own all of the EP's and SP's. It?s fully furnished, kitted out with all the essentials and lots of deco items. It has three bathrooms, a master bedroom and two bedrooms designed for children or teens. There's also plenty of garden space!
