Cozy Co-Op Renovation [CC-Free] - 2BR 1BA

So I actually created this nearly a year ago and forgot to upload it...oops! Either way, Cozy Co-Op is a pre-existing Maxis lot that shipped with the Family Fun Stuff stuff pack. It can be found in your Lots & Houses bin. Like the rest of my Maxis renovations, I've gutted the inside and modernised the lot and made it a proper starter home for your Sims!

This is a CC-free lot, but you must own all of the EP's and SP's for this lot to function properly. Without them, you might notice some items are missing. At the very least you must own Family Fun Stuff and IKEA.

Cozy Co-Op now costs $40,710 and has a master bedroom, a nursery and a bathroom. It is fully furnished with some updated deco items.

The only issue with this lot is the ground, specifically on the left side. It's slightly raised but there was nothing I could do about it, unfortunately. It's not a problem with the placement of the house in relation to the hood, but rather an annoying detail that came with the lot itself.
