The original lot was a 2BR 1.5BA, but I've extended to include a third bedroom and third bathroom. It costs §77,399 and would make for the perfect home for a growing family.
While this is a completely CC-free lot, you might need to own most of the EP's and SP's for the lot to function as intended. At the very least, make sure both Seasons and FreeTime are installed as I used their items heavily in this build.
I highly recommend downloading HugeLunatic's Rug Fix mod, listed in the 'Required Custom Content' section. While it won't affect lot functionality, the rugs on the lot will look really strange without it.
