Veronaville Flophouse [CC-Free]

I always need a place to house my recently graduated Sims, and I build a "flophouse" for every neighbourhood I play. I have kept rent to an absolute minimum but keep in mind that Veronaville is a town for the wealthy!

I created this lot in a fresh install of the game and it is completely CC-free. As I used the Ultimate Collection, you'll most likely need all of EP's and SP's for it to function as intended.

In addition to the apartments, there is a reading nook, a living area, a TV room and a small nursery for Sims who don't have the space for toys and a changing table. The kitchen is communal.

The lot is valued at 90,833 but rent is between 551 and 591 depending on the room. There are 3 available rooms, but I do plan on creating another Veronaville flophouse soon. You can always duplicate the lot if needed, as I intend to do!
