Moving onto the lounges for Riverview in my EP Build project, we start off with an exclusive lounge. Most of the rooms have dim lights with custom light colors, so I've taken pictures with and without the lighting, so you can see the rooms in better detail, as well as see what they look like in game. I've also included the lighting color information below. I have this lot placed at 750 Old Farm Road, near Sunny Acres, but it can be placed on any 30x40 lot.

The first floor contains the bar room with table and booth seating, and the men's restroom. Upstairs contains the VIP room with a bubble bar, the women's restroom, and the performance room with a stage for a band, and a dance floor. The exterior contains parking to the side of the lot, a garbage bin out back, and an exterior staircase leading to the second floor landing. The VIP room is accessible to 5-star celebrities.
