A pool club in Riverview for my EP Build Project. Since I've been basing Riverview off of Kansas, we're now getting into the types of lots one would be hard pressed to find, but I've decided to include them anyway for the purposes of this project. So once again, I looked around for interesting buildings that showed up when I looked up "bar" and "club" on Google Maps. The exterior is loosely based on the building in the reference photos below, while the interior is based on an entirely different building. I have this placed at 1060 Dogwood Lane, between Dogwood Park and Corgi Chief, but it can be placed on any 30x40 lot. It is built on a slight hill, but the edges are flat so it shouldn't alter the landscape of Riverview.
The interior contains a stage for bands to perform, a dance floor, the restrooms, and a small lounge room. The lighting inside is set to the flame color, so it will appear warmer in game than it does in the photos. Past the VIP rope leading outside, the back contains the pool, a hot tub, a few pool chairs, and the bar. Sims must be at least a 2-star celebrity to get past the VIP rope.
No custom content or store content is used in this build.
I don't know about you, but I think the way that community lots from certain expansion packs get added to worlds is pretty annoying. They're often placed on lots far too big, may end up facing away from the street, and they usually don't match the architecture of the rest of the town. So I've decided to build community lots designed to match the rest of the world it's based in. No more Port-a-Party Warehouse sticking out like a sore thumb in the clearly rural Appaloosa Plains. And these lots will only use EP or store content that the lot type and the world are from.

Install Instructions
Quick Guide:
1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.
Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.
