This building has the original industrial touches of the former power plant, including the elevator, remnants of the original smoke stacks, concrete columns, skylights and gears. The units all include the original brick on exterior walls. This lot was inspired by the power plant hood deco and reflects the post-gentrification urban renewal of United Power Plant Lofts.

The Bohemian Loft has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and is decorated in the bohemian style of an artist, with mismatched, found pieces and retro electronics. The apartment retains the factory floors and the walls are stripped to the brick. The alcove in the bedroom includes space for painting and pottery.

The Shabby Chic Loft has white washed wooden floors and painted brick, with tones of sky blue and minimalist artwork. The second bedroom is set up for a child and a toddler.
