Kolorama is the coined term to describe this set of colorful family homes.
First of all, half of the houses are furnished while the other half are furnished with the basics, so that players can furnish and decorate them to their liking.

This apartment building lot doesn't have a specific social area, but activity or decoration objects can be placed between the spaces of each property before the first family moves in.

This lot is ideal for Sims with aspirations of friendships, family, romance or those who are single, the careful separation of each house avoids discomfort between neighbors.
Each house has a kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom, master bedroom and children's bedroom.
Choose the color of the house you like the most for your Sims and live an experience with short trips to interact with neighbors.
An improved version of this lot may be included in the future.
