This is a community tent plot, it was designed as a lodging destination for the Sims. In addition to being a free accommodation with a beach, the sims can enjoy the tropical food offered in the restaurant, also enjoy the sauna, the public bath and play chess.
The beach is closer to the road and the sims quickly access the sea.
The purpose of this beach lot is to be placed in a beach holiday destination but it can also be used as a community lot to visit by changing its classification using the ?changelotzoning community? cheat.
The size of the land was modified with Mootilda's tools, Lot Adjuster
This lot was tested and placed in various neighborhood templates to test its performance. the operation, Sims access and animations of the beach aquatic area were verified and everything works without problems.
Is possible that after placing the lot in the neighborhood, some objects on the beach will appear sunken, you just have to relocate them with the hand tool.
You must be aware that when it comes to beach lots, these are uneven terrain that modifies the terrain of the neighborhood.
