this is a cheap house built on a beach lot, this lot is also a starter house.
the beach lot size is smaller than the ones included by default in the game, which makes this lot ideal for those who want a house with a beach to move a couple of sims without having to think about the cost.
Thanks to the Mootilda Lot Adjuster tool it was possible to create a beach lot smaller than the ones included in the game.

As it's a cheap and starting house, it is furnished in a simple way, on the first floor there is the living room with fireplace, library and the kitchen with its dining room.
on the second floor there is a room with a double bed and a bathroom.
The external part of the lot has its driveway, it is decorated with plants and furniture on the beach.

This lot was tested and placed in various neighborhood templates to test its performance.
You should be aware that when it comes to beach lots, these are uneven terrain that modifies the terrain of the neighborhood.

the file of the lot was updated to correct a bug in the use of the beach by the sims and its animations, just download the updated file.

this is a beach lot and should be located in a neighborhood that has roads near the water, you can download and use one of my map templates or the one from the Mod The Sims contributors that meets the above criteria.
