This building with classic and modern elements has four apartments for rent in which a small family can move.
Each apartment consists of two bedrooms with their respective closets, bathrooms, kitchen, dining room and living room.
On the fifth floor is the social or community area of the building, which includes a gym and a double terrace on each side, in which there is furniture for the development of skills and social activities.
The building is built on a 2 click foundation to give it a different look in terms of this area and was modeled according to Catherine's tutorial guide, therefore it is advisable to keep in mind that if you want to use any of the apartments with pets, consider reading the aforementioned tutorial to have the add-ons installed that allow the use of pets without inconvenience.
Two versions of the building are offered, which are of identical plans, decoration and distribution but different area of land, consider downloading and installing the one you like best according to your needs.
