Here are 5 lots for your University Hood.

These lots are aimed at building skills in a University hood. Four of lots can be seen as faculties: Science and Medicine, Creative Arts, Performing Arts and a Culinary School. The fifth lot is the Probation Centre for that Sim who always needs study to avoid being kicked out.
Career rewards as well as other skilling objects are used on these lots.
Each lot has a cafeteria, except the Culinary School, which has a high tech modern kitchen.
Each lot has computers where students can write their term papers and bookcases to study.
Each lot has bathrooms with showers - days can get long if a sim stays around to do all his studying for credits; he may even sleep on the lot.

Science and Medicine
This lot has the career rewards for both the Science and the Medicine career, as well as the Cow Plant (which is not going to teach you anything and will probably not do much on a community lot) and the aquarium.


The Culinary School has the career reward, chess tables for logic, a number of easels for creativity and a kitchen worthy of a future chef. It also has a BBQ at the back.

The Creative Arts building has easels, architecture tables (the career reward), a public gallery and art everywhere.


The Performing Arts building has the career reward, 4 stages, a ballet room and two break rooms with coffee.


The Probation Center has a bit of everything.
