Family ranches
3x1 normal & 2x1 modified corner lot

These are two simple and versatile ranches for a family of Sims, including a living room, kitchen, dining room, master bedroom, children's room and a hallway leading to the bedrooms.
This post includes a 3x1 version of normal placement in the neighborhood and a modified 2x1 version which is a corner lot with a modification in the arrival of service vehicles which arrive on the left side of the lot in a front to back direction. carpool, taxi and helicopter are common.
Service Vehicle Sims use the left side of the lot for access.

Modification in the arrival of vehicles - 2x1 corner lot

I used the modification shared by user Inge Jones.
I implemented the aforementioned modification on the corner lots, which I found interesting and tried for a while without any problems. The mod is related to the secret location of the portals on the vehicle and pedestrian roads.
The thumbnail image shows how vehicles operate on the corner lot. As a rule, drivers of service vehicles will access the lot from the left side. Carpools, taxis and other vehicles will arrive as usual.
As I mentioned, the modification was tested with all vehicles and no problems or failures were found.

It isn't necessary to have the mod installed unless you want to modify the location of the portals.
These lots were created using the Mootilda tool Lot Adjuster and saved base game.
