I created this lot for the players of the base game.
It is a classic and simple style house to house a family, designed for small neighborhood maps, with little space available or to place in small gaps, which gives a different and interesting look to the neighborhood.
The house has the normal rooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, a master bedroom, a children's bedroom and a bathroom and a half.
The two-step foundation was created based on CatherineTCJD's tutorial using Mootilda's TS2GridAdjuster tool. It's advisable to consult the tutorial for use with small dogs.
The lot size was created using the Mootilda tool Lot Adjuster
