188 Road to Nowhere
2021 Redux
the Triangle House
2 bedrooms - 2.5 bathrooms - driveway
- pool - patio - balconies - garden - giant fish tank - pet ready -

~~~ Now with MUCH less CC! ~~~
I originally uploaded this house to MTS 10 years ago. It was my 13th uploaded!
I am now in process of revisiting those early houses - fixing up many beginner mistakes, routing issues, and removing excessive CC. Most of these revised uploads have either had their original file completely replaced, or a new version added; but this lot is a favorite of mine, and I did some rather extensive remodeling (with the Lot Adjuster - Thank you, Moo!) so I decided it deserved a complete redux and "New Upload."
The original upload is still available - with ALL it's CC - if you want it. *shudder*
"The various angles and points of this home make some interesting room configurations
which are no less practical for their design."
- said the architect. (I just thought it would be fun to live in!)
NB: The Fish Tank is going to want some CC fish, like these, I think?
Please enjoy touring the rest of this house by scrolling through the above pictures.
This house is fully furnished, and lightly decorated. All appliances, plumbing and lighting are included, as are fire alarms and front door burglar alarms.
This is a clean copy of this house/lot; no sim has ever lived here. The package has been cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer.
There is parking available for one vehicle on the driveway.
This is a pet-friendly build. No pet items are included - but there is plenty of space to add them.
Definitely used but NOT included - so, if you want all the various wallpapers shown in the pictures, you will need to get the Lifestyle Build Bundle. I use it ALL the time. (If you followed that link, it's the second link in the top post - extracted from Lifestyle Stories by Argon @ MATY) This 'bundle' lives back in my Bins folder so it doesn't have the CC star. If you ever enter one of my builds and find it has blank/unpapered walls/floors, it is because I used ones from this bundle and forgot to mention it. So, either substitute the wall/floor of your choice, or go get this bundle and re-install the lot (from your lot bin.)
--- Invisify the driveway with Sophie-David's Invisible Driveway
--- You may need to have Numenor's Unlevel Wall - #90 - I use this wall all the time as it is such a forgiving wall to build with
Click the info button below to see how I suggest installing this wall
NOTE: If you decide NOT to use Numenor's Wall #90, there may be missing wall sections or pieces of the WroughtIron fence in place of walls.
Custom Content Included.
- ATS Sandy's Mexican Bathtub and it's white recolor.
- Mango Sim's Garance Fireplace and it's red recolor - "Garance" is the very last living room set.
- Targa's Ascension-V2 elevator.
- SimtopiX Intl Window Add-ons.
- Frillen's Invisible Floor Tiles.
Lot Size: 30X30 - built on the original Strangetown empty lot, 188 Road to Nowhere
Lot Price: $130,249
Thank you, Mootilda for the awesome Lot Adjuster tool used to make this lot.
Standard mods I use that are not necessary, nor included - but were probably used whilst building/photo-ing/prepping this house for upload...
I use Deastrumquodvicis' Roof Shader for brighter roofs
And, HW/Honeywell's A Little Greyer: Roof Trim Defaults
Maranatah's White Wall Top texture replacement
Moo's Turn On/Off Lights
Menaceman's Lunatech Lighting Fix
BeosBoxBoy's no-red-pause-mod
Nopke's Go Under Spiral Stairs mod for proper spiral stair usage
Gunmod's Radience Lighting System, which is installed with the Scriptorium (which is necessary for installing CC stairs.)
HugeLunatic's Sweet Down Low Tweaked + for the ability to shift things up/down on a wall without darkening the item!
And, I highly recommend using gummilutt's Invisible Medicine Cabinet to add features to any mirror.
And, of course, everyone needs Numenor's CEP and SEP!
NOTE: Sweet Down Low Tweaked + sometimes causes pictures, curtains, shelves, and ceiling lights to 'jump' out of place when you first install a lot. You can click the item to put it back in place. The 'jumping' is a side-effect of the mod. It won't affect your game at all (other than the inconvenience of things being initially out of place *sigh*)
