Hello and welcome!

Tis' the next part of my "Filling The Premade Empty Lots" series (the name is still in process).

This house is for Strangetown. I wasn't sure about what style to choose since most of the buildings in ST are ex military stuff that were converted into residential and community lots, then there's a castle, a thomb and an observatory. Only two lots actually look like homes, so stylewise there's not much to choose from. And since the whole point of this "challenge" was NOT to think too much I decided to go the easiest way and make your typical southern suburban house (at least that's what I had in mind, not sure if it actually looks like one lol).

Despite the build is unfurnished, it still costs almost 45k due to the size: there's two floors, a build-in garage, three bedrooms and three bathrooms (the small room near the enterance was supposed to be the closet, but it can also be made into an extra "private space"). The only furniture you can find are some outside plants and the lights.

The lot size it 30x30, the exact price is 43.151. The only EP used is Nightlife.

Update stuff:

- Removed the attic to downsize the roof, making the house look less overwhelmingly large;

- Made some slight changes to the shape of the house and added a few brick accents to give it a more interesting look;

- Got rid of the ceiling fans to lower the cost.
