After almost a year of downloading stuff from this site, I finally decided to give something back!

This is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 3x4 lot. The main feature in the house is the connected kitchen, dining room, and livingroom. They're all in one room, but sectioned off with half walls. Also includes a detached garage and a back patio off of the master bedroom, perfect for a hottub. Only the kitchen and bathrooms are furnished.

This house requires both Nightlife and University.

The hottub in the pictures is from Sissy's Sauna Set, and is not included with the house, but you can get it here:

NOTE: You don't need to download the hottub! I removed it from the house before it was packaged.

The only custom content used in the house is the shrubs, they're cloned from a buy mode plant, so no gardener required! You can get them here:
