Hi guys, I’m back with another resort style celebrity home for your Sims’ family to enjoy. This lot has four spacious bedrooms and a small bedroom which can be used for the butler or as you see fit. Experimented a lot on colors, patterns, shapes and structures this time. It was a bit challenging but fun. Hope you like it.

Features:

West Side – 1st Floor:
Centrally located is a spacious lobby with bar, sitting areas for parties/entertainment and beautiful views of the aquaria. There are two bass guitars on the left hallway for group jams.

On the right side of the lobby is a common living-game room combo and a small bedroom suitable for a butler at the far end.

On the left side is the main library, a small game area and an open kitchen with dining

West Side – 2nd Floor:
Centrally located is a game room, hallway, a large multipurpose dining room, an open kitchen with breakfast bar and a bar for large group entertainment.

There are two spacious en suites on both sides of the kitchen. The guest en suite on the left side has a private balcony with grill, dining and relaxation areas.

East Side – 1st Floor
On the left side is a common living room, dining, bar and an open kitchen

On the right side is an en suite with a fireplace, private office and covered porch

East Side – 2nd Floor
The second floor features a master en suite with a fireplace, private office, all-in-one bathroom combo and balcony. It also has an open kitchen with breakfast bar and a common living room with game area, bar and balcony.

All en suites have private laundry rooms respectively. All breakables upgraded and burglar alarms in designated areas.

This lot also features a warm and charming environment with a large, curved swimming pool, a pool house with floating decks, pool bar, a grill park with dining areas, multiple game and relaxation areas, wellness-fitness studio combo with sauna and massage, outdoor showers, an open fireplace, and a whirlpool house. The grill house has a small kitchen, restrooms, and a bath on the back side.

The store items will be replaced by standard items if not downloaded but that does not have any impact on the game; the choice is yours.
