Madel - Just Another Mansion

Madel is a spacious modern mansion designed with an open concept plan in mind, a wellness-spa combo, and a large park with various features to make your sims feel comfortable in their new home. It is fully furnished with all basic needs and ideal for a medium or large family. This lot has two entrances which could be placed in any suitable direction of your choice; the gates in front are the main entrances and on the left wing are two other gates leading directly to a three-car garage with built-in storage spaces for tools, etc.




The park features a fish pond, fireplace, grill, game, and art corners. It also has a pleasant, soothing, landscape where your sims can relax after a hard day's work and extra spaces for other outdoor activities.




Wellness-Spa combo area includes a gym with full bath, sauna with mini bar and foot massage chairs, whirlpool, swimming pool, mini kitchen, dining, and relaxation areas




The spacious living room has an open floor plan with a huge fireplace, main bar, grand piano for sims who love to play, and kitchen-dining combo. It also has a hidden bookshelf and two bass strings behind the large screen TV.


The video games placed in the built-in storage areas in the guest rooms are functional.

All building structures are base game but you will need Late Night, Showtime, 4 SPs, and store contents (buy mode) to make it look exactly the same.

For some reasons the small fan leaf palms are visible from all floors except the ground floor when you go to this lot and I couldn't find any forum addressing this issue. That's weird because my game is free of all mods except the mastercontroller cheats and overwatch so I think it could be a bug. If that be the case, edit the lot in build mode, return to the game, and they should be visible again.

For Slow PCs: I used a little more lights than in my previous mansion to brighten up dark areas of the house so if you experience lags, lower your game settings, clear caches, and set all lights to auto-lights.

Warning! Built with "cfe and move," do not change unless you are familiar with these tools. Place on a flat lot for optimal result. Tested in game.
