All of these items can be yours for just over a thousand simeons - so furnish your Sim's starter condo pronto!

Briton Essential is a mid-century style coffee table with a choice of 5 wood and glass colors to choose from. Both wood and glass can be mixed and matched.
Room with a View Wall Painting is a wall hanging with 6 wood frame options - inspirational for Sims in low budget accommodation.
Trash or Treasure Chair is a living chair in a classic style with 6 fabric options.
Trash or Treasure Chair is a comfy sofa with 6 fabric options and matches the Trash or Treasure Chair fabrics.
Trash or Treasure Lamp is a recycled floor lamp with a choice of 10 shade and base options that can be mixed and matched.
Trash or Treasure Lamp is a recycled desk lamp with a choice of 4 color options.

All objects were created from Sims2 base game objects - no expansion or stuff packs required.
The Trash or Treasure Set zip.file contains all 6 items (with separate folders for each item. I have also included separate zip.files for each item.
