DOWNLOAD NOW: This lot was created for a challenge hosted by Twitch Streamer Sim_Michele where participants had to renovate an existing EA-build. I chose the Miner Mansion, in Evergreen Harbor, because that thing was a hot mess. I tried to preserve most of the original shape of the house, but took many liberties when it came to restyling it. I love the result; a modern farmhouse with many vibes throughout.
